Uhh.....
Well I see how you could farm with this, but hell, Ripotse+Grenth's Balance build would be alot better. As Chicks Boy said, people will die of laughter at this build if you use it in pvp. IMHO, i'd say like....1 or 2/10.

come one guys, its not pvp or even group pve, its a simple solo build. he even said so in all caps at the beginning. and at that it seems fine. id rather have grenths balance than healing hands, but whatever floats your boat.

2/10....im giving it this because.....ur screwed if ur not going against sumthing in melee....the ripostes wont do anything unless they melee u....and that leaves sever and gash which wont do to much unless ur only soling one thing at a time......keep working...it has sum potential

Looks great for solo farming but very bad for team pve. Why?
1) no rez
2) dolyak signet (honestly why do ppl use it in pve? outside farming that is)
3) no rez
4) monks heal, you do damage ok?
5) no rez

It's completely useless unless you absolutely want a nonremoveable speed debuff. You can get armor boost and kd resistance by using watch yourself and balanced stance, and if you do that, you can even move around if you need to. I mean please remember, this is gw, if you say "stay back so i can tank", no one will have any idea of what you are talking about.
That said, ok, dolyak signet is actually useful in about 0.2% of the areas in this game, like... the deep. Maybe.
EDIT: This is a solo build it says in the first post. So nvm, it's a great build

Dolyak Signet has SOME uses, such as being a wall for casters and maintaining the aggro.
In PvP, it's just retarded. I would literally bring Illusion of Weakness, get it to 12 illusion, and probably try my best to kill my teammate that's using it.

This might sound fairly blunt.
How does Balthazar's Aura give you infinite energy? If I'm not totally insane, I clearly recall the Aura does this; for 8 seconds, foes adjacent to target ally take 10...22 holy damage each second. Reconsider the skill.
Also, where's your healing? Healing Hands (as bad as it is, I still must comment) has a recharge of twenty-five seconds. What do you use for healing until then? I really doubt Dolyak Signet and "Watch Yourself!" would keep you up long enough against everything. Health Degeneration is key.
Though, against certain enemies, I guess this build could work...
3/10 for being FAR too similar to EVERY other Warrior Monk build out there..

He means Balthazar's Spirit, I think. And Balthazar's Aura is 10 seconds, and costs 25 energy, which makes it quite unsuitable on a Warrior.

Against foes that dont use massive degeneration, that build with sentinels armor will easily stay alive until healing hands is up again. Trolls hit you for 2 and 3 with just dolyak and sentinels -- he also has watch yourself for even more defense. I used to do it all the time, and was able to use only healing hands to keep my hp up. It's all you need.

Everything is attacking him, he doesn't need to move. This stops knockdowns and gives free armour.

Typical tank build like this doesn't take much damage, and something like Healing Hands can get it back to full health every 25 seconds. I do agree it should have another form of healing though, maybe he wanted a build without Tactics. The key is not the build you use, but where it's designed for. In an area with lots of melee enemies, this will work fine. I presume that's what it's designed for. In an area with lots of enchantment strippers (there goes his healing) or degen (there goes his armour), it won't.
What is very disappointing is the reactions of elitist people here. Why don't you go and solo some PvE mobs with your shock warrior that uses Frenzy and the only healing is Heal Sig? PvP and PvE might as well be different games that happen to use the same set of skills, stop mixing the two. That goes for any tanks in RA as well, stop it.

You're right. Either way, I like to use sentinels for farming with str based builds . You won't always be facing physical creatures.

It depends from what you're going to solo-farm actually.
If you want to farm trolls outside Droks you'd better leave out sever/gash 'cause you can apply them to just one target while you want to kill lots of mobs at the same time, so you'd better go with something like Glad's Defence or similar skills.
For enchant strip heavy areas leave out HH and take some spike heal like Grenth's Balance or Healing Signet, maybe covered by some evading stances and you'll be fine.
It's a 6/10 in my view, not great in any situation but not sucking anyway...
